Evan Isaiah was born December 19, 2009, and that (funnily enough) happens to be the day my life truly started. I became A Mother, predestined by Almighty God to share in and help create and unfold this little life. And through it all, God chooses to reveal Himself to me a little more each day as I delve into His Word and gaze into the innocent blue of my baby boy’s eyes.
What spills out onto these pages is hardly wisdom, but simple lessons learned at the knee of the One who is patient with our fumbling lives. Yet the Lord of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is (thankfully!) the Lord of Stephanie and Evan as well, and we are slowly curling ourselves round His robes and reaching our hands toward hope.
